The challenge
Panta is building the world's first Index Operating System, a cloud-native platform that cuts financial index creation from months to days. Commercialization needed substantial capital, but the founders wanted to preserve shareholder equity rather than raise another round.

- Built detailed forecasts, milestones, work packages and a robust repayment strategy against the assessment criteria.

Panta secured a £1.5 million Innovation Loan, funding commercial rollout of its Index Operating System while preserving shareholder value and reducing reliance on further equity investment.
